Dear Friends of Garnish,
After ten amazing years of owning and managing Garnish Catering, I've decided to retire from catering ownership and focus on my family and my passion for cooking. It's been a wild ride and a fulfilling journey but I'm ready to find more balance. I've appreciated your trust in me and my team as we strived to deliver food with incredible flavor, presentation, and service. I'm happy to share that my current lead team will continue caring for all our Garnish clients under a new ownership structure and brand name: Solenne Catering. I am thrilled to be able to pass the torch to Executive Chef Jason Louda, Director of Catering Jana Deppen, and Director of Operations Ally Hortenberry who I have worked closely with for the past few years. The aptly named Solenne, which means sunlight, will also be carrying forward most of the current Garnish kitchen and service team you've come to know and love. You can count on Solenne to deliver with a deep commitment to excellence and passion for wowing clients at every touch point. They will handle the same range of catering from intimate, in-home dinner parties to grand soirees.
